The expensive way to find out
Most AI projects fail on the wrong problem, not the wrong tool.
Someone builds a chatbot for a business whose actual bottleneck was quoting. The technology worked perfectly and the money was wasted. Two weeks of looking first is cheaper than six months of building the wrong thing, and by an enormous margin.
You cannot compare quotes without knowing what you need.
Right now every agency pitches you their favourite product. With a written assessment in hand you can put the same scope in front of three suppliers and compare real numbers — including ours. That is worth the fee on its own.
Some of what you are told is automatable, isn't.
Part of this job is telling you which of your processes AI handles badly today — because they need judgement, or the data is too messy, or the failure would cost more than the saving. You will get that list too. It is usually the most useful page.

If your processes are already tight, or the numbers do not justify a build, the report says so. That is a real outcome and you still pay for it — you are buying the answer, not a yes.
It needs your people for a few hours
We have to talk to whoever actually does the work, not only the owner. If nobody can be spared for that, the assessment will be shallow and is not worth your money yet.
The fee comes off the build
Go ahead with us and the $5,000 is credited against the first build. Take the report elsewhere and it is yours anyway — no clawback, no strings.
