What we build, and who it is for.
A one-person studio in Abbotsford. We put AI into small businesses that could not otherwise afford it, and we build the websites and systems around it. Everything below is something we have shipped and still maintain — not a menu we are hoping someone orders from.
AI systems
Answering, reading, and the safety around both
Start with the assessment if you do not yet know what AI is worth to your business. Start with the phone or the chat if you already know exactly what you are losing. All of it runs in production for real businesses today.
AI readiness assessment
Two weeks looking at how your business actually runs, ending in a written plan: the three places AI would pay for itself fastest, with a build cost and a payback period against each — and a list of what you should not automate. Most failed AI projects fail on the wrong problem, not the wrong tool. $5,000 flat, credited against the build if you go ahead, and the report is yours either way.
For: owners who keep being sold AI and cannot tell what is worth buying 02Private document AI
Search and question your own files — contracts, records, policies — without handing them to a public chatbot. Where the index and queries run — your hardware or a Canadian single-tenant instance — is decided in the assessment against your own compliance requirement, and you get a written data-flow summary your lawyer or insurer can review before anything is installed. This is the work regulated firms cannot legally put in a cloud chatbot.
For: accounting, insurance, medical, legal — anywhere privilege or PIPEDA applies 03AI phone answering
Answers the calls you miss — after hours, on a ladder, already on the other line. It asks the follow-up questions a receptionist would, captures the job and the address, and texts you the summary before you have put your tools down. It will not quote a price or confirm a booking; it takes the detail and hands it over.
For: trades, clinics, salons, anyone losing jobs to voicemail 04AI website chat
Most people will not phone to ask one small thing — do you come out to Mission, are you open Saturday — they close the tab instead. This answers from your own hours, services and policies, says so plainly when it does not know, and takes a name and number when they are ready. Flat monthly price, never billed per conversation.
For: any business whose website gets visitors but few calls 05AI security review
If you already have a chatbot or an agent facing customers, we test it the way an attacker would — prompt injection, instruction override, system prompt leaks, whether it can be talked into quoting a price or confirming a booking that does not exist. Then we fix what we find in the code, not in the prompt, and re-run every test.
For: anyone who has already deployed AI and never had it testedAutomation & follow-up
The back-office jobs that eat your evenings
Less visible than the AI work and often worth more. These are the repeated tasks that quietly cost you a night a week.
Business automation
Quotes chased, invoices sent and followed up, leads routed to the right person, paperwork filed where you will find it again. We map what you actually do on a Tuesday, then take the repeated parts off your desk one at a time — starting with whichever one is costing you most.
For: owners still doing admin after 8pm 07WhatsApp & SMS follow-up
Your customer answers a text far faster than an email. Booking confirmations, reminders that cut no-shows, quote follow-ups and review asks — sent on the channel they already use, with opt-out on every flow and no bought lists. CASL-compliant by design, because the alternative is a fine.
For: businesses with no-shows, or quotes that go quietWebsites & getting found
None of the above matters if nobody arrives
The foundation. An AI that answers brilliantly is worth nothing if the site it sits on never gets visited, or is not worth landing on when it does.
Websites that win jobs
Mobile-first, fast on a phone on mobile data, and built around one question: will this make someone call you. Clear quote forms, obvious phone number, real photographs of your work. Flat written price before anything starts, and you own the result — not us, and not a page-builder subscription.
For: anyone whose site was built in 2016, or by a cousin 09Local SEO & Google presence
Schema markup, page speed, sitemaps, and a proper clean-up of your Google Business Profile — the hours, the service area, the categories, the photographs. The unglamorous work that decides whether someone in Chilliwack searching at 7pm finds you or the shop two towns over.
For: businesses invisible outside their own name 10Reviews & reputation
The ask goes out automatically after a finished job, while the customer still remembers you doing it well — no awkward follow-up, no chasing. Only people with a real relationship to your business get messaged, every flow has opt-out, and we do not buy lists.
