Every paid engagement is covered by its own written agreement. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Website chat and free check-ups

The chat assistant is automated and can be wrong. Treat its answers as a starting point, not advice, and confirm anything important with us directly. Free check-ups are general observations about your online presence, not a guarantee of results.
