An AI receptionist that picks up every call — nights, weekends, hands full — takes the details like a real receptionist, and texts you the summary. Priced on talk time, not per call, so a busy week never surprises you.

Starter — $499/mo 300 minutes included · about 150 calls. Salons, small shops, one-person trades.
Growth — $699/mo 600 minutes included · about 300 calls. Restaurants, clinics, busy trades.
Pro — $899/mo 900 minutes · after-hours routing, multi-line, priority support. Carriers, high-volume shops.

One-time setup: $1,299 on Starter and Growth, $1,899 on Pro. Extra minutes are 50¢ — and if you go over two months running, I move you up a tier instead, because that is cheaper for you.

Local SEO — quoted New pages every month, Google profile managed, reviews growing, and a plain-English report. Scoped to your market first.
Business automation — quoted One workflow at a time — invoices that chase themselves, quote follow-ups, lead routing. Scoped and priced after the free check-up; you see it run on real jobs before it becomes monthly.
Private document AI — from $5k Private file search for law, CPA, and clinic firms. Architecture decided in the assessment; pilot priced in writing before install. Typical SMB scope $5k–$15k depending on folders and access rules.

A five-page site for a plumber and a two-site build for a catering company are not the same job, and pricing them off one number does neither of us any favours. So I look at what you have first, tell you what is actually wrong with it, and quote the work. That look costs nothing and you keep the findings whether you hire me or not.

What I will say up front: these are custom builds, not templates. If a $500 template site is what you need, that is a fair choice and there are people who do it well — I am not one of them.
