Business in a box — $1,500
A five-page website ($1,800 on its own), domain and business email on Google Workspace, Google Business Profile claimed and set up, WhatsApp Business, a booking link, card payments and e-transfer, Facebook and Instagram pages, invoicing, Google review requests, a logo and brand kit, and a one-page guide to all of it. One week. The pieces bought separately come to more than $3,000.
Everything — $2,500
The box plus online booking or ordering built into the site, a monthly email or text newsletter set up, and three months of the support desk included.
Support desk — $99 a month
Two hours a month for any question: a new email signature, a listing change, a form that broke, how do I send an invoice. Answered by the next business day. Month to month.
Support desk plus — $199 a month
Four hours a month, plus two social posts a week and your monthly newsletter written and sent for you. For owners who want the marketing done too.
Keep it running — $149 a month
For solo professionals after the reset. Four hours of admin and systems help a month, plus a monthly call to keep the Drive, inbox and bookings in shape.
Extra hour — $75

In your nameEvery account is created with your email and phone. If you leave, you take all of it. We never hold a login you cannot see.
Hours are cappedThe desk includes the hours it says. If a job needs more, we tell you the number before we start it.
No legal or tax adviceWe set up the tools. Incorporation, GST and bookkeeping questions go to an accountant, and we can introduce one.
Remote firstEverything can be done over a call and screen share, anywhere in Canada. In the Fraser Valley we can also meet in person.

Do I need the website too?
The box includes it, and that is the version we recommend: a business with a website, a listing and a booking link gets found and gets paid from week one. A $600 starter without the website exists on the pricing page and is credited in full against the box within 30 days.
What does the $99 support desk cover?
Two hours a month for any question about the tools we set up: a signature, a listing change, a broken form, how to send an invoice. Answered by the next business day. It is month to month and you can stop any time.
What is the digital reset?
Two remote sessions in one week for a solo professional: Drive and files organised, inbox rules and labels, photos sorted, phone and calendar set up, a booking link, and a one-page guide. $450. Keep it running is $149 a month after that if you want a monthly tidy and four hours of help.
Do you give legal, tax or bookkeeping advice?
No. We set up the tools. Incorporation, GST and bookkeeping questions go to an accountant, and we can introduce one.
