Privacy policy.

This site is run by AAKAR TECH LIMITED, a British Columbia company based in Abbotsford. This page says what we collect through aakartech.ca, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

Forms. The check-up and intake forms collect what you type into them: your business name and city, your name, email, phone number, and your answers about your business. Nothing is collected until you press submit.

Website chat. What you type into the chat box is sent to an AI model so it can reply. Please do not type passwords, health information or anything confidential into it.

Usage events. We count a small set of named steps, such as a page in our sign-up funnel being viewed. We do not record sessions, do not build profiles of visitors, and honour Do Not Track.

Abuse protection. Your IP address is used briefly to limit how often a form or the chat can be used. It is not kept.

Where it goes

  • Form submissions are emailed to harman@aakartech.ca through Resend, an email delivery service. They are not stored in a database on this website.
  • Chat messages are processed by OpenRouter and the DeepSeek model it routes to, or by DeepSeek directly. These providers are outside Canada and handle the messages under their own terms.
  • Usage events are sent to PostHog, which stores them in the United States.
  • The site itself is hosted by Vercel.

What we use it for

To reply to you, prepare the check-up or quote you asked for, and understand which pages help people find what they need. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email harman@aakartech.ca or call 604-791-6991. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

Changes

If what we collect or where it goes changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
